Charges are billed on an hourly basis plus VAT. A minimum of 1 hour is required, with subsequent charges in 15-minute intervals.

Materials provided by Concept Property Services incur a 20% trade fee.

Collection/delivery of materials and certain estimates/reports may incur charges.
